LAS chemical analyzers perform
a variety of wet chemical titrametric and flow-thru analyses using
pH, ORP, ISE and other sensors. Through its display and keypad,
users can view process status and history, and modify the analysis
schedule or other configuration settings. The analyzer carries out
sample retrieval, analysis, calculation, reporting, cleanup,
auto-calibration and diagnostics. To validate the results, each test
is replicated and compared to assure agreement within a
user-specified tolerance. Then it is range and trend checked
before posting for process control use. If installed, the LAS
Replenisher™ module completes the control response.
Where needed, the process monitoring
and control capability can be extended to include level,
temperature, flow and other process parameters.
This integrates your process into one flexible
monitoring, recording, reporting, and control system.
